BetaNews scored some of the first screenshots of the new TiVo interface for Comcast set top boxes. Comcast is testing the service in selected areas, with a full rollout scheduled for later this year. Customers will get a 120GB Motorola set-top box running what looks like a mashup of TiVo and Comcast's traditional software. While the interface differs from TiVo's usual look, it fits the Comcast color scheme and allows customers to schedule and view recordings from the same interface as they can access video on demand content.
Here's a few more screen shots:

I'm really not that impressed with the program guide. It looks a little too generic cable company PVR for me.

But the On Demand screen does look a lot nicer than the one you typically get from Comcast. I'd like to see the submenus though. I always get lost in the submenus when trying to find a VOD program with Comcast.

1. I am ready to sign up today to give it a spin. We need this relationship to work if we want TiVo to survive. You have to know that it will not be as good as a totally standalone TiVo but if you know that going in you should be fine. I will be very happy to see a intermediate step between crappy non-TiVo DVR and a full blown TiVo!. The more people that use some sort of TiVo software the better.
