Where to watch TV without a Cable Subscription

Floppyhead.com has given six tips for watching TV without a cable or satellite subscription:
  1. Get an indoor high definition antenna and either hook it up to your HDTV or a tuner card on your PC.
  2. Download television shows off the internet using pay video download sites like CinemaNow, iTunes Movie Store or Amazon Unbox, or if you want HD movies, try torrents.
  3. Join Netflix to get new rental movies delivered regular to your house.
  4. Watch free content on internet TV channels and video sharing sites like Daily Motion and YouTube
  5. View TV shows on the major networks websites as many are now showing TV shows online.
  6. Get DVD rentals from your local library, they are much cheaper then rental stores and are sometimes even free.
