Not long ago I reported on the giant 60inch plasma from LG with a built-in PVR. Now we have something similar from LG again.
The LG 55PB2DR 55 inch plasma TV is a slightly lower end model. Instead of full PVR functionality the 55PB2DR simply allows you to pause, record, and replay TV programs up to two hours past the original broadcast.
Other features include 1366 x 768 resolution, 2000:1 contrast ratio, dual HDMI ports, and a FireWire port.
Not as impressive as the LG 60PC1D 60inch plasma but probably a lot more affordable. No details on pricing or availability have been released yet.
1. I hope, that it's 250GB HDD will be reliable enough. My LG DVR died because of HDD.
