SlingPlayer Mac public beta by November
SlingPlayer public relations director Brian Jaquet showed off the beta version of SlingPlayer for Mac to Matt Whitlock of the Sling Community at last week's Digital Life convention in New York.
We've known for a while now that Sling has a private beta going for a Mac client, but this is the first time I've seen it in action. It seems to work pretty well, although Jaquet says there are plans to improve the video quality. Jaquet says a public beta could be launched by the end of October, or the beginning of November.
