If you're like me you occasionally find a backlog of shows on your PVR that require watching. Once you get behind, it can be a difficult task finding the time to catch up, especially when your PVR exacerbates the problem by continuing to capture new content putting you even further behind.
I find myself with random free periods during the day whether I'm at lunch, getting my oil changed, standing in line at the grocery store, or dropping a twosie at the workplace (don't act like you don't do it)...
I absolutely love the idea of using a Slingbox, Slingplayer, and a capable wireless device to eradicate my PVR backlog while working on eradicating my own personal backlog (among other activities).
The YouTube video above illustrates just how easy it can be assuming you've got the proper hardware and a speedy EVDO connection. Isn't technology grand?

1. I use the sling software with the xv6700, and I have to say it is awesome. The screeen is obviously not hi def, but the concept is spectacular. Tivo, Slingbox, and a wireless broadband connection are the greatest combination of anything that has ever been combined, out of everything that has ever been combined in the history of time.
