TiVo users are keeping themselves pretty much entertained the same way every week, except that CSI dropped one on the most-recorded shows list while Survivor: Panama -- Exile Island rose a couple notches. The O.C. and Dancing with the Stars also fell down the list a bit. Desperate Housewives and Lost have topped the list for weeks, if not months.
During the previous week, Oprah Winfrey's show was on the list, but she's no longer there (undoubtedly because people were recording her because of the controversy over an author's recent book). The aggregated results below are from the week ending Feb. 12.
1. "TiVo had religious issues," he said. "A technologist has to realize that one day what's been built is a product, the next day it's a feature."
