PVR Wire

1. Saw the same thing the other day while checking my friday night schedule... cause I can't miss my Sci-Fi shows. I just set it to manually record it this friday, but is this a normal "hickup" with Tivo or just the scheduling service they use?

2. That's odd because my TiVo has recorded it and I have it set to record first run only. However, I have it setup as a wishlist for "Stargate" and it records first runs of both SG-1 and Atlantis. I haven't had a problem since they started back up at all.

3. It's not just Tivo - my XP MCE machine seems to think that they are repeats as well and hasn't recorded them.

4. The scoop on Tivo Lovers was that the Original Air dates listed in Tribune Media Guide (Tivo's guide service) are the Canadian broadcasts. I don't know if this is true or not, but apparently they are getting episodes about 6 weeks ahead of the US.

Not that I endorse this sort of thing, but episodes 212 and 213 are available as torrents from our Canadian frieds for those of you, like me, who missed them and don't want to watch out of order.

5. At least there is an explanation for it. I was wondering why SG1 was being recorded correctly and BSG also but SGA was not. I had to manually click on record.

6. Kirby - Actually, episodes all the way up to 2x19 are available. And lemme just say, the season gets goooood.

7. I had an issue with "The Shield" last night also. It didnt record at 10pm I had to manually record it and its on my Season Pass.
