The Starz Entertainment Group has launched a movie
download service for portable devices running Microsoft's Portable Medai Center software, to be introduced at the
Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week.Vongo will charge a $9.99 monthly fee for unlimited downloads from a library of over 1,000 movies, or $3.99 for a pay-per-view option.
No information is available yet on format, dimensions or file size of the video content (and if you're outside of the U.S., you'll be presented with a screen informing you that your IP address is located outside of the approved territory).

1. This sounds interesting. I wonder how it will compare to MovieLink and others. If they have HD movies, that would be cool.
The fact that movies via the internet is comming is a wonderful thing.
